App wants money again?

Already paid for this app when ensight ran it, now I have to pay for it again after suffering with a poor app since it came out.

Previous app owners should be grandfathered, and not having to pay for the app again, and not even knowing if this new owner will provide service or dump us off onto someone else.

Ive requested to be grandfathered in, if not cant rave about it, but if they do, I will definitely praise them in their new endeavor on my app review blog.
