My response to Apples generic response.....
Thank you for youre reply. I understand ITunes role in the app market. But I do believe that Apple has a responsibility to its consumers, regarding products it promotes via its store. Would you allow an app to remain on its store front if it contained a virus? Or an app that promoted racism? Of course you wouldnt. While this case is no where near that extreme, it does show that Apple still has to assume some responsibility for what is posted on its store front. Apple has always stood for high quality product. Allowing developers to sabotage their product (which has been fully paid for) solely for monetary gain , implies that Apple doesnt respect its customers. I highly suggest that Apple contact the developer for a response in this matter, as many of us have been unable to get a response ourselves. If you fail to get a response, I would take off their app. Apple doesnt not need these type of developers, to tarnish their reputation.
